Apply for Lease
The application process for Mouqa is simple, as you can apply for a lease from the comfort of your home by filling a tenant profile that contains personal details. The Landlord can request additional information through an online messaging tool. Any updates in the application by the Tenant during application review are reflected immediately.
Review Lease
Once the Landlord creates a lease, the Tenant can review it immediately and negotiate or suggest any changes in the lease using the messaging tool. Any changes in the lease profile are reflected in the lease being reviewed immediately. Once both parties agree on the lease terms, the Landlord can present it to Tenants for electronic signatures.
Sign Lease
Once the Landlord finalizes the lease term, they can present it to the Tenant for electronic signature using the industry’s top-rated digital signature platform, DocuSign. Once all parties sign, they get a copy of the final document via email. For future reference, original lease applications, shared documents, communication, and signed leases are stored in the Mouqa.
